Processing times are unique to each product as they are made to order. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your purchase to be made and shipped to you. Due to increased order volume, holiday seasons and Covid-19 Protocols, please allow additional time for processing orders.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number of your shipment to the email you provided at checkout and the responsibility is then handed over to the postal service. For delivery times please check the postal services shipping times/policy.
MERC CHAPTER does NOT cover any duties/taxes/customs fees that may incur with national and international shipments.
If your package has not arrived within the timeframe from the confirmed date of shipment, please contact the postal service provider to help you locate your order to ensure it is in route to you!
MERC CHAPTER is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back-end charges once the package once shipped.
