We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges for change of mind or wrong items purchased.
In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, incorrect and/or missing an item, the customer must contact customer service within 48 hours of receiving the order. Customer must include photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email.
Our customer service team will then investigate the issue to see what actions need to be done to resolve this. We do not accept returns on products received without authorization. Our returns department has the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet the original condition or our returns/exchange policy. In this instance, the returned item WILL NOT be sent back to the consumer.
